dream chaser LS Series Short Blocks
At dream chaser, we are putting our 37 years of race engine building experience into our new LS shortblock lineup. We machine and assemble every short block in our facility which allows us to sell these professionally built pieces for a reasonable price.
All of our shortblocks are machined to the highest standards. All rotating assemblies are internally balanced to within a gram. We align hone and torque plate cylinder hone the block within .0002" tolerance. We also surface and square the deck, debur any sharp edges or ridges, and final clean so you have a dependable platform for your LS build. Finally, all short blocks come with a build sheet that includes bearing and piston clearances, balance sheets, ring gaps, etc.
